All products purchased through JROBOT will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) as Priority Mail. In addition, all packages will have delivery confirmation to ensure they reach their final destination. If you require that a different shipping method be used, drop me an email at john@jrobot.net and arrangements will be made.
Returns on all products will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please drop me an email at john@jrobot.net to let me know you will be returning an item, and I will credit the funds back to your account after I have received the product back and inspected it to ensure that it has not been damaged. NOTE: Kits can not be returned if they have been assembled, or partially assembled.
