Hi all,

I am new to the AVRCam. I am wondering if the bounding box
information is set by the user or it is detected by the AVRcam firmware.

Is it the algorithm will record down the area(bounding box) where color is matched and send this information out via the RS232 port?

Anyone can help?

Hi Brian,
The AVRcam produces the bounding box info (the mega8 is doing all the processing of the image data being acquired) and which color has been matched. The mega8 then sends the bounding box info out of its serial port at TTL voltage levels, and it is converted to RS232 voltage levels to be sent to the PC's serial port.
