This is a very nice project,I thought that only with high speed DSP we can do image processing,(even for low resolutions)

I also have a question,where can I find the data sheet of CAM,or its company website,Is there any better camera on the web to buy and works with AVRcam codes with some changes in code??

The datasheet for the OV6620 that is used in the AVRcam can be found at Omnivision's website:

It has all the technical details regarding the camera.

The AVRcam doesn't support any other cameras at this time, though I am seriously considering doing a version that accepts NTSC video input from any source, and does the processing based on that. This would allow the user to use either cheap or expensive cameras as their front-end video input, depending on budget/required resolution. But this will be some time in the future...
