Trouble programming with ISP
Posted: Wed Aug 23, 2006 6:58 pmFor everyone out there, DO NOT run the AVRcam at 5V and expect it the ISP to work. On rare, special occasions it might but on the whole you're better off at something more like 10-15V.
I thought I might save the 7805 (voltage regulator) a little grief by running it close to 5V and caused myself a whole lot of grief when I couldn't reprogram the mega8.
ps: The more I reprogram the AVRcam the more in awe I am of the work John put into it. The code I'm writing very neatly slots into the functions he created, almost as simple joining the dots....
