OK, I know this is a silly question but I need a robust little camera (much like this one) to go on my research probe which will be in a large body of freshwater. All I want it to do is take a picture once every so often. I know this camera and software far exceeds what I need it to do (although the implications of upgrades that I could perform with it make me grin at the very thought but I digress) Does anyone have any suggestions for a similar but less sophisticated camera? I'd appreciate suggestions.
